On 30th May, China Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs and Central Military Commission’s Equipment Development Department jointly announced restricts exports of military-related materials, from bulletproof vests to plane parts, to protect national security and interests. The list also included gas turbine engines, moulds for manufacturing spacesuit parts, as well as the equipment and software used to make them, and advanced polymers used in bulletproof clothing.
This announcement shall be officially implemented from July 1, 2024.

Precision casting intermediate products specially designed for manufacturing gas turbine engine/gas turbine blades, guide vanes, casings and other turbine configuration parts (including ceramic cores, wax mold assemblies, shells), and process equipment such as tools, molds, fixtures and other process equipment specially designed for manufacturing the above intermediate products (reference customs commodity numbers: 6903100010, 6903200010, 6903900010, 6909110010, 6909120010, 6909190010, 8480490010, 8205900020, 8428909030, 8480600010, 7326901920, 7616991020, 9031809081).
Exporting of Slide gate plates, ladle nozzles, collector nozzles, tundish nozzles etc. might be influenced by this new rule due to similar HS Code to the restricted items.
An export license needs to be applied to the Ministry of Commerce and it will take around 10 to 20 days, our deliver time can be prolonged by it. If you are out of stock in the near future, please make plan earlier.
